JustBooking.ai is transparent about commercial relationships. This page explains how affiliate links may be used and what that means for results.

How affiliate links may be used

Some booking routes shown on JustBooking may use affiliate links. If you click through to a booking site and complete a booking, JustBooking may earn a commission from that booking partner. This commission comes from the partner, not from any additional charge to you.

Affiliate links do NOT determine whether a route appears

A booking route appearing in JustBooking results is not conditional on having an affiliate relationship. JustBooking aims to show all legitimate routes for a given stay, including routes where no affiliate link exists.

A route without an affiliate link may still appear if it is a legitimate booking option for the stay. A route with an affiliate link does not appear simply because of that commercial relationship.

Affiliate links do NOT determine route ranking

JustBooking does not rank routes by commission rate. A route that earns a higher commission is not placed higher in results because of that. We aim to present routes in a way that is useful for travellers comparing their options, not ordered by what earns us the most.

Our full transparency commitment

JustBooking aims to show all legitimate booking routes regardless of commercial relationships. We do not hide a legitimate route because a competing route earns commission. We do not inflate descriptions of affiliated routes or suppress the benefits of non-affiliated routes.

Where affiliate relationships exist, we aim to disclose them clearly and consistently. Commercial relationships should help us fund and improve the tool, not distort results for users.

Provider relationships

JustBooking may also offer providers the ability to claim routes, submit data or enter commercial relationships such as subscriptions or partnerships. These relationships similarly do not guarantee placement, ranking or exclusion of competing routes. Paid provider relationships are subject to the same neutrality commitment.
