What owner-direct means

Owner-direct means the traveller books straight with you, the property owner, rather than through an OTA such as Airbnb or Vrbo. The booking goes directly to you, with no platform intermediary taking a service fee from the guest and no OTA commission taken from you.

Many owners who list on OTAs also accept direct bookings. JustBooking gives those owners a way to surface that route at the moment a traveller is actively looking to book.

What travellers see

When a traveller searches for your property, JustBooking presents the booking routes we have identified. If you have claimed your owner-direct route, travellers will see a link to your booking page or contact channel, classified clearly as owner-direct, alongside any OTA listings for the same property.

You can also highlight any direct perks you offer, such as no guest service fees, flexible payment terms, or a personalised welcome. Travellers weigh these up and choose where to book.

How to claim your route

Email owners@justbooking.ai with your property name or OTA listing URL, your direct booking URL or contact details, and any perks you want to highlight. You can also use the claim your listing page.

We review each submission before publishing. Once live, your owner-direct route will appear whenever a traveller searches for your property on JustBooking.
