When a traveller searches for your hotel, JustBooking presents the booking routes we have found for it. This typically includes major OTA listings and, where we have the information, your official website or booking engine. We classify each route so travellers can see at a glance whether they are looking at an OTA, a direct booking page, or another channel.
If you have claimed your route, your official booking page appears alongside any direct perks you have chosen to highlight. Travellers see the full picture and choose where to book.
What direct perks to highlight
Travellers who are ready to book are often interested in what they get by booking direct. Common direct perks hotels highlight include:
- Member or loyalty rates not available through OTAs
- Complimentary breakfast or room upgrades for direct bookings

How to claim your route
To add or update your hotel's direct booking route on JustBooking, email us at owners@justbooking.ai with your property name, your official website or booking engine URL, and any direct perks you want to highlight. You can also visit the claim your listing page to get started.
We verify each submission before it goes live. Once approved, your direct booking route will appear alongside OTA results whenever a traveller searches for your hotel.
