No. JustBooking does not take bookings itself. We show you the routes available and you click through to the booking site of your choice. The booking happens directly on that site.

Results are best-effort. We aim to find all legitimate booking routes for a property, but our coverage may not be exhaustive. Routes can change, and availability, prices and terms vary. Always verify the final price, fees, cancellation terms and site legitimacy before paying.

We cover major OTAs and try to find direct and local routes where possible. Coverage varies by property and destination. If a route is missing, you can report it to research@justbooking.ai.

Some booking routes in JustBooking results may use affiliate links, which means we may receive a small commission if you click through and complete a booking. This does not affect which routes are shown or how they are ranked. We aim to show all legitimate routes we find regardless of whether an affiliate relationship exists.

You can claim your direct booking route at justbooking.ai/claim or email owners@justbooking.ai with your property name, your booking URL or contact details, and any direct perks you want to highlight. We review each submission before publishing.

If you spot an incorrect or missing result, email research@justbooking.ai with the property name and details of what you believe is wrong. We investigate all reports.

Not always, and we will never claim it is. OTAs sometimes offer promotions, loyalty discounts or bundled prices that may be competitive. That is why JustBooking shows both OTA and direct routes side by side, so you can compare and decide which works best for your booking.
