Put your local booking route in front of ready-to-book travellers
Property managers and local agencies are a legitimate booking route. JustBooking classifies local manager routes separately so travellers can compare.
Why local manager routes matter
Many travellers do not realise that the property they found on a major OTA is managed by a local agency that also accepts bookings through its own website or office. JustBooking surfaces that route so it is visible alongside the OTA listing at the moment the traveller is ready to commit.
We classify local manager bookings as a distinct route type, separate from owner-direct and OTA bookings. This gives travellers a clearer picture of who they are booking with and what terms apply.
What travellers see
When a traveller searches for a property you manage, JustBooking shows your booking route labelled as a local property manager, alongside any OTA listings. You can specify perks relevant to booking through your agency, such as local support, personalised check-in, or flexible payment terms.
Travellers compare the routes and decide. We do not push any route over another or claim that local manager bookings are always cheaper.
How to claim your route
Email owners@justbooking.ai with your agency name, the properties you manage, your booking website or contact details, and any perks you want travellers to see. You can also use the claim your listing page.
We review each submission before publishing. Once approved, your local manager route will appear when travellers search for properties you manage.
