Corrections and route updates
If a booking route is wrong, outdated, misclassified or potentially harmful, please tell us. JustBooking.ai Research reviews all corrections.
Why corrections matter
JustBooking results are best-effort. We work to find legitimate booking routes for the stays users submit, but we cannot guarantee every result is correct or current. Routes change. Ownership changes. URLs break. New scam sites appear.
Corrections from users, providers and researchers help us keep routes accurate and protect travellers from misleading information.
What you can report
- Wrong property match - a route shown for the wrong hotel or rental
- Outdated booking URL - a link that no longer works or goes to the wrong place
- Incorrect route type - a route labelled as direct that is actually an OTA, or vice versa
- Misleading benefit - a perk listed that is not actually offered
- Wrong official site - a site shown as official that is not
- Suspicious or potentially scam URL - a route that looks fraudulent or unsafe
- Duplicate route - the same booking option shown more than once
- Research correction - an error in a JustBooking.ai Research article or methodology page
What to include in your report
To help us review your correction quickly, include the following in your email where possible:
- The property or hotel name and location
- The URL or route you are reporting
- A description of what is wrong
- Evidence or supporting links if available
- The correct information if you know it
- Your contact email in case we need to follow up
How corrections are handled
JustBooking.ai Research reviews correction reports and may update route data, page content, methodology notes or research pages. We cannot guarantee a response to every report, but we take all credible corrections seriously.
Corrections about potentially harmful or scam routes are prioritised. If you have found something that could harm travellers, please flag it clearly in your subject line.
