How to create a strong JustBooking claim page
A strong claim page helps travellers verify your route and understand the benefits of booking with you directly.
What to submit
When claiming or submitting your route, include the following information to help JustBooking identify and verify your listing accurately.
Required and recommended submission fields
- Property or hotel name - use the exact name shown on your official booking page
- Provider type - hotel (official site), direct owner, local manager or local agent
- Official or direct booking URL - the page where the booking is completed
- Booking engine URL if different from the main site
- Known OTA listing URLs if available (Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo etc.)
- Property location including address or map coordinates
- Contact email for route enquiries
- Direct booking perks - list any perks that are genuinely available
- Discount code for direct bookings if applicable
- Verification notes - anything that helps confirm the route is legitimate
What makes a strong claim
A strong claim is one that is easy to verify. The more consistent your information is across your direct site, OTA listings and the claim submission, the easier it is to confirm the route.
Consistent property naming, matching images, accurate location and a working booking URL all contribute to a stronger claim. Vague or unverifiable direct perks are less useful than specific, honest ones.
A claim does not guarantee placement or ranking. JustBooking is designed to remain neutral. Claiming helps improve accuracy, not secure a paid position.
What happens after submission
The JustBooking.ai Team reviews route claims. If the route is accepted or verified, travellers may see your booking path when they compare routes for your property. They may also see information such as the route type, direct perks and verification signals.
Claiming your route does not remove other legitimate routes from results. Travellers may still see OTAs, other direct routes and local managers.
Route type classification
JustBooking classifies routes by type. The main types are: Official Site (hotel website or branded booking engine), Direct Owner (property owned and managed by the person booking), Local Manager (a local property management company or agency), and OTA (online travel agency). Submitting the correct route type helps travellers understand what they are comparing.
